Tasting Notes: The outstanding quality of the 1995 vintage comes through as fully in the second wine, Pavillon Rouge, as in the first. Its concentration is worthy of a first wine, and it also has elegance and length on the palate. It has probably reached its peak at this point, but can also be expected to age for a few more years.
